Παιδιά, εχω αγοράσει πρόσφατα έναν υβδρικό λαμπάτο ενισχυτή της Roctron . Ειναι 80 Watt με ονομασία Vendeta 80R. Προσπαθω να ρυθμίσω τον ήχο να παιζω heavy metal (οπως για παράδειγμα Metallica, Iced Earth, Pantera κλπ).

My amplifier has Global Voicing - aka Post Dynamic Filter at the back panel.
The Global Voicing - Post Dynamic Filter controls allow you to adjust the overall equalization of the amplifier after the signal has gone through the preamp and channel EQs. These controls will allow you to make adjustments to the overall sound of the amplifier and make compensations for different dynamics you may be trying to achieve or for the different dynamics of the room, hall, bar, etc. you may be playing in. Adjustments to these controls can be made using a small screw driver.
These adjustments are: Reactance , Contour and Presence.
Reactance = This control pot knob allows you to adjust the overal low-end "thumb" of the amplifier, the type of lows that you "feel" more than you hear. Turning this control to right will boot the low frequencies. Turning it to the left will cut the low-end frequencies.
Contour= This control pot allow you to "fine-tune" the speaker's lower middle range frequencies. Turning the control to the right will boost middle frequencies. Turning it to the left will cut the middle frequencies.
Presence = This control pot allows you to adjust the overall high-end frequency content. This is good for "custom tailoring" distortion texture between coarse and smooth. Turning this control to the right will boot the high-end frequencies. Turning to the left will cut the high-end frequencies.
The Front Panel of my amo:
Bottom: This knob controls the overall bass of the distortion channel. The BASS control boosts or cuts the amount of low frequency or bas sound in the signal.
Scoop: This knob controls the overall MIDDLE frequencies of the distortion channel. The MIDDLE control boosts or cuts the amount of mid-band frequencies present in the signal.
Top: This knob controls the overall TREBLE of the distortion channel. The TREBLE control boosts or cuts the amount of high frequencies present in the signal.
Level: The volume control of the distortion channel.
Gain: The amount of the distortion.
Αυτο που θελω ΔΕΝ ειναι να μου πειτε. Γυρνα αυτο στο 10 και το αλλο στο 4. Θελω να συζητήσουμε αν γινεται για την δυναμική που πρέπει να έχει ένα ηχος μεταλ. Για παράδειγμα στο ιντερνετ λένε οτι συνήθως βάζεις το MID στο 0. Αυτο είναι μύθος ; αλήθεια ; Εγω γνωρίζω ότι η κιθάρα είναι mid οργανο παντως...
Παρόλα αυτά, αυτό που με ενδιαφέρει σε αρχική φάση είναι να φτιάξω το Post Dynamic Filter του ενισχυτή που είναι στο Back panel γιατί είναι μία βασική EQ ρυθμίση που δεν την πειράζει καθε μέρα. Αλλά την έχεις σταθερή και πειραματίζεσαι μόνο με τις υπόλοιπες. Μπορείτε να με βοήθησετε να βρούμε μία άκρη με δ'αυτο ;
