Καλησπέρα σε όλους.
Θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας στον τίτλο του thread..
Διαβάζω συνεχώς reviews και ακούω samples από το διαδίκτυο και προσπαθώ να καταλάβω τις διαφορές αυτών των δύο ενισχυτών. Βασικά καταλαβαίνω ότι πολύ γενικά μιλώντας, ο deluxe είναι μια μεγαλύτερη version του Princeton αλλά στην πράξη διαβάζω (και ακούω) διαφορές.
Σας παραθέτω μερικά σχόλια που βρήκα online:

"Τhe Princeton Reverb's AA1164 circuit is differentiated from the other blackface amps (Twin, Deluxe reverb etc) with it's phase inverter. Supposed to have a "sweeter" clean sound but less smooth distortion"
"The deluxe is much more louder and it will play clean much louder...more tube power, a 12'' speaker and a huge magnet on the 12'' speaker. If you want to gig and if you want volume, buy the Deluxe.
The Princeton is warmer, fuller, rounder, more harmonic....the Princeton has more jangle and personality. If you are recording or playing at home or gigging mic'd up buy the Princeton.
The Deluxe is a quality workhorse
The Princeton is more "refined"
"The Princeton reverb retained the cathodyne PI found in the tweed pro, Bandmaster and Super. I think it results in a thicker warmer tone with a softer attack compared to AB763 based amps like the Deluxe reverb".

Καταλαβαίνω ότι με αλλαγές μεγαφώνων, tubes ακόμα και cabinets, όλα μπορούν να αλλάξουν αλλά η ερώτηση είναι η εξής...
Αν αγνοήσεις το κόστος και το αν θα παίζεις σπίτι ή live (το ξέρω ότι είναι οι πιο σημαντικοί παράγοντες αλλά αγνοήστε τους, κρίνετέ τους μόνο tonewise), ποιόν θα διαλέγατε και γιατί;
Αν τα 267 ευρώ παραπάνω που έχει ο Deluxe δεν ήταν θέμα, θα τον διαλέγατε ή διαλέγοντάς τον θα χάνατε τον χαρακτήρα και την ιδιαιτερότητα του Princeton;
Επίσης συμφωνείτε (όσοι έχετε εμπειρία και με τους δύο) με τα σχόλια που βρήκα online?
Εγώ από αυτό το video, βάζοντάς το συνεχώς να παίζει στο 1:18 και καπάκι στο 1:44, η πρώτη μου εντύπωση είναι ότι ο Princeton είναι πιο bright...
