Ένα μικρό δείγμα... προσέξτε (α) ότι είναι και πολύ όμορφο κομμάτι που δεν προσφέρεται μόνο για λατρεία από guitar geeks, (β) πως βγαίνει και λίγο εκτός χρόνου, που μου αρέσει ιδιαίτερα γιατί δεν του βάζει τη ταμπέλα της "κιθαριστικής μηχανής".

Mike Bloomfield & Nick Gravenites – όλο το My Labors. Αν και το άλμπουμ είναι η συναυλία τους στο Fillmore West (δεν είναι στουντιακό άλμπουμ) η δύναμη του ήχου του Bloomfield έχει αποτυπωθεί όπως σε κανένα άλλο άλμπουμ του (προσωπική εκτίμηση)

Kenny Burrell – Soul Lament από το Midnight Blue

Frank Black – my life is in storage από το album έκπληξη, Honeycomb (ένας δίσκος με country/ soul feel που εξέπληξε ολους τους fan του Black (Κατά κόσμον Charles Thomson). Στον δίσκο αυτό, κιθάρα παίζει ο Steve Cropper και ο Reggie Young (εχει παίξει με Dylan, Elvis, Wilson Pickett, κα). Γνωστός για την εμμονή του, ο Black ηχογράφησε όλα τα τραγούδια του αλμπουμ live χωρίς overdubs κλπ.

Bill Frisell – Senandoah –από το East West

Blues wire – Shake it από το Steady Gig (η κιθάρα στο τελευταίο σόλο 3:14 με έκανε να κολλήσω τρελά με το κομμάτι αυτό)

Cindy Cashdollar – Sliding home – από το άλμπουμ slide show. Στο κομμάτι αυτό παίζει ο Sonny Landreth.

John Hammond/ Tom Waits – Wicked Grin όλο το άλμπουμ αν και είναι συρραφή από τραγούδια διαφόρων άλμπουμ.

Al Kooper/Shuggie Otis – Super Session vol. 2 – Μετά το super session με τον Bloomfield εδώ με το παιδί θαύμα της εποχής και γιό του Johnny Otis (Veliotis).
