Αναβάθμιση μνήμης ram

καλημερα,

 

είπα να κάνω αναβάθμιση μνήμης στον υπολογιστή μου (AMD ATHLON 3700+  2,2ΜΗΖ) από 1gb σε 2 ( λόγω ηχογραφήσεων). Ο υπολογιστής είχε ήδη 2 τσιπάκια των 512. Βάζοντας το καινούργιο τσιπάκι του 1gb, μου λέέι ότι η συνολική διαθεσιμη μνήμη είναι 1,5gb και όχι 2gb όπως θα πρεπε.

 

τι κάνω λάθος???

Αφού τσεκάρεις οτι έχουν μπει σωστά όλα τα modules, ψάξε για την απάντηση στο manual της Motherboard που έχεις. Τυπικά αποφεύγουμε να βάζουμε modules διαφορετικών μεγεθών (όπως εσύ τώρα έβαλες 1x1GB + 2x512MB) λόγω περιορισμών σε μερικές motherboard και πάντα ελέγχουμε τις προτεινόμενες διατάξεις στα slots που μας προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής σε αντίστοιχο πίνακα στο manual.

 

Δες τα και πες μας αν έβγαλες άκρη  ;)

στο παραπάνω φένεται ότι η μνημη είναι όντως 2gb!!!!!!!!!!

 

μήπως το μισό γίγα το καβατζώνει ο υπολογιστής????????????

Δεν ξέρω αν καβατζώνει μνήμη ο πισις, αλλά τα νεύρα μου έγιναν κρόσια...!!!! ;D ;D

Ρε φιλαράκι...δοκίμασε να βάλεις ένα dimάκι 1gb ακόμη, δουλεύουν σε pair τα ρημάδια...

λοιπον...εκανα αναβαθμιση του BIOS και του CPU και πλεον η παραπάνω μασκα που σας είπα, δείχνει 2gb!!!!!!!!!!
